New Student Registration

To register for grades Pre K – 2^nd Grade, please call 608-588-2559.

Please register even if you are unsure of your attendance school (River Valley Elementary, St. John’s, St. Luke’s).

- child must be 4 years old on or before September 1, 2025
- child must be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2025
- 4K students currently attending in River Valley are already registered, so you don't need to register again
- if your child did NOT attend 4K in River Valley, or you are new to the district, please register
