School Supply List

General Requirements (All RVE Students)

All students attending River Valley Elementary must bring the following items:

  • Large Backpack

  • Water bottle

  • Tennis shoes (to be worn on P.E. days)

  • An extra, complete change of clothing (to be kept in their backpack)

 

Important Note: Please label all items with your child's first and last name to the best of your ability.

Early Childhood & 4K Base Supplies

The following items are required for young learners:

  • Crayons: Two 24 ct Crayola™ Crayons

  • Folders: 2 Plastic Folders

  • Glue Sticks: 6 Large Glue Sticks

  • Scissors: 1 Fiskars™ Scissors – blunt tip

  • Markers: 10 ct Crayola™ Classic Markers

  • Paint: 1 set Crayola™ Watercolor paint set

    Additional Requirements by Program:

  • 4K Students: Foldable Rest Mat

  • Early Childhood Students: Bathroom Items

Kindergarten

  • Folder: 1 Plastic Folder

  • Markers: Two 10 ct Crayola™ Washable Markers (Classic Colors, broad tip)

  • Scissors: 1 Fiskars™ Scissors – blunt tip

  • Pencil Box: 8”x5” Plastic Pencil Box

  • Headphones: Headphones/Earbuds – straight jack to fit in iPads

  • Eraser: 1 Large Pink Eraser

  • Pencils: 12 ct Ticonderoga™ Pencils

  • Crayons: Two 24 ct Crayola™ Washable Crayons

  • Glue: 2 Large Glue Sticks (purple glue) and 1 4oz bottle Washable Elmers™ glue

  • Band-Aids: 1 Box of Band-Aids

  • Notebook: 1 Notebook

  • Dry-Erase Markers: 4 ct Expo™ Dry-Erase markers (Black, Fine Tip)

First Grade

  • Eraser: 1 Large Pink Eraser

  • Dry-Erase Markers: 2 ct Expo™ Dry Erase Markers (Black, Chisel or Round tip)

  • Pencils: 12 ct Ticonderoga™ Pencils

  • Markers: 2 sets of 8 ct washable markers (Broad Tip, Classic Colors)

  • Folders: 2 Plastic Folders

  • Crayons: 1 24 ct Crayola™ Crayons

  • Paint: 1 Crayola™ Watercolor paint set

  • Scissors: Fiskars™ Scissors – blunt tip

  • Pencil Box: 8” x 5” plastic pencil box

  • Headphones: Headphones with a straight jack to fit into iPads (no earbuds)

Second Grade

  • Markers: 1 set 10 ct Crayola™ Markers (Classic Colors, broad tip)

  • Colored Pencils: 12 ct Crayola™ Colored Pencils

  • Crayons: 24 ct Crayola™ Crayons

  • Pencils: 12 ct Ticonderoga™ Pencils, sharpened

  • Scissors: Fiskars™ Child Pointed-tip Scissors

  • Pencil Box: Plastic Pencil box (8”x5”)

  • Erasers: 2 Large Pink Erasers

  • Notebooks: 2 Wide-Ruled Spiral Notebooks (70-100 pages)

  • Folders: 2 plastic folders

  • Dry-Erase Markers: 2 ct Expo™ Dry Erase Markers (Black, Chisel or Round tip)

  • Headphones: Headphones with a straight jack to fit into iPads (no earbuds)

    • FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL for 4K through 12th-grade students

    • First day of school for Early Childhood students
